Subjective Driver

Working withinPirelli’s Outdoor Testing department, the candidate:

· Performs on vehicle subjective and objective evaluations (Car, Light Truck and SUV)
· Attends test sessions with the OE customers
· Ensures the integrity of the test results and the quality of the activities
· Ensures that all the required outdoor tests activities are performed properly and on time
· Prepares plans of the weekly activities
· Coordinates test activities (in all aspects: track/proving ground selection, vehicles, support…)
· Develops and implement new test methodologies and work instructions
· Maintains technical communication with the suppliers
· Improves the suppliers’ network for outdoor testing lab
· Purchases supplies to maintain and improve the test standards.

Technical competence and Skills

· Engineering degree, with specialization in vehicle dynamics.
· Good driving skills and sensitivity.
· Learning attitude.
· Detailed knowledge of tire testing specifications.
· Good attitude and skills to handle relationship between Pirelli and OE customers from the technical side.
· Multiple project management skills and capability to be a team player in a multi-culture working environment.
· “Hands-on” experience and capability for active problem solving.
· Knowledge and awareness of safety norms
· Good knowledge of PC commercial and dedicated software.
