ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

In this challenging role you are responsible for the engineering support of our chemical water treatment dosing & control portfolio in The Netherlands, Belgium, Nordics (Sweden, Denmark and Finland), Germany, Austria and German speaking Switzerland. In this role you report directly to the commercial team and our customers. The Equipment Solutions Project Engineer is a professional service provider in dosing and monitoring systems related to the water treatment industry.

 

Specific responsibilities include:

 

·         Comply with integrity and safety as required by SUEZ policies.

·         Comply with all SUEZ WTS quality standards and initiatives.

·         Equipment Start up and Commissioning

·         Site Surveys

·         Management of Repairs/Maintenance/warrantee

·         Contacts with customers

·         Price quotation (costing and proposal)

·         Project scoping, costing and co-ordination

·         Customer reporting/Data processing

·         Support for costing of maintenance contracts.

·         Second line trouble shooting

·         Engineering of chemical water treatment storage & dosing facilities

·         Engineering of chemical water treatment automation

·         Technical training

·         Contractor supervision

·         Participation in Piloting and Field trials when required

·         Travel outside of the geographic area when needed.

·         Participating in the local team meetings to share best practices.

LIMITS OF AUTHORITY

 

Reports to the CMS Equipment Solutions Leader BNN & DACH

 

No authority to:

 

-                          Agree on discounts to book price and/or offer credit for goods already sold without having the prior appropriate approvals based on the current Delegation Of Authority guidelines;

-                          Agree on any non-standard terms and conditions beyond the standards provided by the business without having the prior appropriate approvals based on the current Delegation Of Authority guidelines;

-                          Quote products that are not designed for customer treatment programs by the Suez WTS Applications Guide, and to quote products that are not on the assigned product range for the region;

-                          Commit to any performance guarantees or bonds that impact the overall profit of the specific Suez WTS treatment program nor accept liability for any cost reported to have incurred by the operation of a Suez WTS treatment program.
