OMNI is the team player that changes the lives of 25 million people with reduced mobility in Europe. Together with our community of users, we design innovative, affordable and inclusive solutions for people with reduced mobility and distribute them using a direct online sales model that is unique in Europe.

In 2021, we launched the first wheelchair-accessible electric scooter. This makes it possible to motorise any wheelchair at a price three times lower than all the alternatives. More than 1,500 OmniRiders have already adopted the solution and use it on a daily basis for all their journeys, up to 70 km. There is a clear impact on :

Mobility: twice as many outings by OmniRiders.

Their health: a 64% reduction in musculoskeletal disorders.

Their inclusion, our favourite figure: four times more social interaction!

We achieved all this with a team of 10 people, motivated by the mission and the happiness it brings. To enable this change for more than 10,000 people by 2030, we are now expanding the team.

Descriptif du poste

You will be a pioneer at the heart of Omni's BtoB development in Europe.

Omni is currently being developed on a BtoC basis and currently has 1,500 users in France and 8 other European countries. Your objective will be to participate in Omni's BtoB development outside France, via medical equipment resellers. More specifically, you will be responsible for :

· 
Making sales by e-mail, telephone and face-to-face meetings throughout Europe

· 
Drawing up sales proposals and contracts

· 
Supporting your BtoB portfolio in their sales to private individuals (product training, regular telephone and face-to-face meetings, sales promotion, provision of marketing and sales resources)

· 
Helping to draw up the international development strategy: targets, countries, product range, etc.

· 
Monitoring and managing our customer pipeline using our HubSpot CRM tool.

Profil recherché

Skills :

· 
A first experience in BtoB itinerant sales is required

· 
Unflagging energy and good humor

· 
Be resourceful and problem solving to close sales

· 
Ability to adapt to the specific characteristics of the market in each of the countries addressed

· 
Understand needs in order to provide appropriate responses to each of your contacts.

· 
Have unfailing patience

· 
Happy to travel anywhere in Europe (around 75% of the time)

· 
Have held a driving licence for at least 2 years

· 
Minimum C1 in english

Remuneration :

· 
A fixed salary based on your experience

· 
A monthly variable component as a percentage of sales.
