Position Overview:
We are seeking several creative and music-savvy Playlist Editor Interns to join our team. This internship offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about music curation and digital streaming platforms. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, an ear for emerging trends, and a knack for engaging playlist creation.

Desired profile

Responsibilities:
1. Playlist Curation: Curate new playlists and update existing ones on streaming platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, and Deezer, aligning with LCMG's branding and artist roster.

2. Content Selection: Select and sequence tracks for playlists based on relevance, quality, and audience preferences, with a focus on discovery and engagement.

3. Genre Expertise: Stay abreast of music trends, emerging artists, and genre-specific developments to inform playlist creation and curation strategies.

4. Engagement Growth: Develop strategies to grow followers and increase engagement for LCMG's playlists, including social media promotion, collaboration with influencers, and targeted marketing initiatives.

5. Data Analysis: Utilize streaming analytics and insights to monitor playlist performance, track audience behavior, and optimize curation strategies for maximum impact.

6. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including A&R, marketing, and artist management, to align playlist content with promotional campaigns and artist releases.

7. Playlist Management: Maintain accurate documentation of playlists, track listings, and performance metrics, ensuring consistency and organization across platforms.

Qualifications:
- Passion for music and a deep understanding of various genres, artists, and trends.
- Strong familiarity with digital streaming platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, and Deezer.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with a talent for crafting engaging and cohesive playlists.
- Data-driven approach to decision-making, with an ability to analyze streaming analytics and audience insights.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to collaborate in a remote team environment.
- Proficiency in playlist management tools and software (e.g., Spotify for Artists, Apple Music for Artists).
- Previous experience in music curation, playlisting, or digital marketing is a plus but not required.

Duration: This internship is expected to last 3 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and mutual agreement.

Note: This is an unpaid internship position. Candidates must have the necessary resources and arrangements to work remotely.
