PepsiCo’s is looking for talented and courageous individuals with collaborative and entrepreneurial approach who will join our supply chain HR team to make a real impact with our customers.

The Apprenticeship Programme is an exciting opportunity to shape your career and help you reach your full potential. We do this by offering exposure to a breadth of experiences within the workplace including routine and more complex administrative activities, effective communication with key contacts internally and externally, developing data analysis skills and learning basic system reporting techniques. Your responsibilities will evolve over the course of your apprenticeship.

The apprenticeship programme

- As is common practise with apprenticeships, you will spend 80% of your time gaining experience within the PepsiCo Apprenticeship Function and 20% studying with our selected Training Provider

- The study time will a combination of release time from work to attend workshops and time spent in the workplace on your Apprenticeship assignments

- At the end of the Apprenticeship you will have reached the required standard to receive a BTEC Level 2 Diploma in Business Administration along with Functional Skills certificates in English and Mathematics

Qualifications/Requirements

What we’re looking for

- A hardworking and self-motivated individual with the ability to prioritise workload
- An ability to work independently using your own initiative within agreed deadlines
- A team player who can look at the whole picture and seek to positively influence it
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good knowledge of basic Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel

Salary and Benefits

You will be given a starting salary of £16,500 and be eligible for annual pay increases in line with other employees.
