Tasks & Responsibilities
·  Responsible to set the production plan of the Factory each Month, for 12 Rolling Months.
·  Responsible for Customer service with regards to Product supply.
·  Lead the execution and Production activity of the Plant to guarantee the right level of Service to clients.
·  Define with the Market Supply Logistics and Brand Supply Chain Teams the parameters of production and product supply across the Factory and the End to End Supply Chain.
·  Determine production priorities according to new launches and availability of resource
·  Guarantee the flexibility and the reliability of the plant on its catalogue.
·  Set the Overall planning strategy for the Catalogue classification
·  Ensure that launches or catalogue priorities have been taken into account in the production plan with the Launch Manager
·  Ensure the RM/PM Planning Strategy and Execution is aligned with Production plan. Develop Risk mitigation plans with Supply Planning Manager.
·  Act as an Integrator between all departments to ensure bringing teams together for a common goal.
·  Monitor the Factory Production/Shipping performance in accordance to the Financial Budget
·  Support the Manufacturing Supply Chain Manager in the establishment of the budget and of the 3 years plan
·  Report Month End Plant Figures of Production , Service to all stake holders

Skills & Qualifications

·  Bachelor Degree In Engineering  
·  3 to 4 years of experience in Production Planning (and/or) Material Planning
·  SAP & APO experience/knowledge is required
·  Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel)
·  French Language is a plus
·  Good communication and leadership skills
