Summary
The SEO and SEM Specialist will be an integral part of the Global Digital team, providing support to drive increase in Organic and Paid Search revenue share on the brand’s eCommerce channel.
This role will support e-business regional teams in defining their SEO and SEM strategy, in close collaboration with local agencies. He/she will be collaborating with Digital Agile Teams for new developments and with Delivery team for QA and monitoring of SEO technical implementations.

Job Description

The SEO and SEM Specialist will be an integral part of the Global Digital team, providing support to drive increase in Organic and Paid Search revenue share on the brand’s eCommerce channel.
This role will support e-business regional teams in defining their SEO and SEM strategy, in close collaboration with local agencies. He/she will be collaborating with Digital Agile Teams for new developments and with Delivery team for QA and monitoring of SEO technical implementations.

Key Accountabilities

He/she will be coordinating the following activities:

·  Plan SEO Improvements at technical level, coordinating regional e-Business requests and resources around implementation.
·  Assists Digital Content and Marketing teams in developing and placing content on site to include keywords or phrases in order to increase traffic to website, based on best practices, data-driven results and research.
·  Perform keyword research to identify content gaps and emerging trends. Conduct regular SEO benchmarking on competitors
·  Report weekly and monthly SEO and SEM traffic, engagement and sales growth through KPIs, using Google Analytics 360, Google Search Console and other SEO tools.
·  Work closely with Corporate Marketing team and regional e-Business teams to support Product Marketing initiatives through Paid Search campaigns.
·  Foster sharing of Paid Search best practices across regional teams, in close collaboration with main Search Engines account managers and Performance Marketing Agencies.

Job Requirements

·  3/4 years experience in leading SEO and SEM strategy for an international eCommerce business.
·  Knowledge of technical aspects of SEO (sitemaps, schema, canonical URLs, etc) and ability to coordinate activities around implementation.
·  Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.
·  Google Analytics and reporting experience is required. Google Analytics Certification preferred.
·  Experience in using SEO tools. SEMrush Certification is a preferred skill.
·  Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
·  Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced and growing environment.
·  Ability to create and manage cross functional relationships.
·  Autonomy and a strong sense of responsibility.
·  Positive, enthusiastic, able to take initiative with a can-do attitude.
