Introduction

 

Within the Retail & Wealth Management Department, you will actively support different activities related to Channel Orchestration, focusing in monitoring the performance of banks' channels (digital, physical, remote and alternative).

 

Activities

 

·  Operative Support to ongoing projects and initiatives
·  Contribute to the tracking and monitoring of customers and channels KPIs
·  Generate reporting through dedicated analytical tools
·  Collaborate w/ Marketing and CRM teams for the sales funnel monitoring
·  Support in the preparation of presentations and reporting

·  How to improve Customer Engagement through channel integration and data models

Requirements

 

·  University degree in Finance/Economics
·  Fluency in English
·  Knowledge of Analytics (Google Analytics) and Data Visualization Tools (Power BI)
·  Proactivity, problem solving and result oriented mindset
·  Good knowledge in MS Office Tools (PowerPoint, Excel)

Recruiting process

 

The selection process is divided into two stages. You will take an interview with the Recruiting & Assessment Center team, that evaluates your soft skills. Those who pass this first step will receive an invitation for a technical interview with the relevant Division. Each candidate will receive feedback, regardless of the result.
