We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

​1. To monitor and supervise FCY ORTT payment doc checking and ensure their compliance with policies and regulations.
2. To monitor all ORTT payment could be processed correctly within SLA.
3. To sustain a high-level service standard to ensure team members to deliver quality services in the area of ORTT payment and collections.
4. To prepare return to regulators;

5. To well handle new ORTT business with customer group.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

​Bachelor degree or above

Good understanding of banking rules and regulations

Strong sense of responsibility and basic supervisory skill

Good written and spoken English
