Assistant Analytics Transformation and CRM Manager (Big Data Management)

We are currently seeking high caliber professionals to join our department as Assistant Analytics Transformation and CRM Manager (Big Data Management)

Principal Responsibilities:

· Support the development and implementation of big data solution based on evolving technologies and availability of unstructured, high volume or real time data in the support of new developments relating to new analytics capability and contact management platform.
· Explore and identify realistic business opportunities for application and implementation of various big data initiatives; collaborate closely with business stakeholders from ideas crystallization/ requirements gathering through to subsequent business implementation, tracking and fine tuning.
· Identify data sources to support use case hypothesis and analyze the resulting data effectively using statistical methodologies and insights in order to harness the multitudes of unstructured data.
· Maintain data and information sources that required to support and develop CRM solutions. These may be forecasts, sales analyses, expenditure reports, scenario models, statistical analyses, organisational metrics and benchmark reports.
· Suggest remedial actions or escalate detections which give cause for concern.
· Ensure that the team adhere to prevailing data standards, policies and regulations.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements:

·  With 2-5 years hands-on experiences in developing and implementing analytics solutions for industries with sizable customer base.
·  An analytics enthusiast with strong acumen of worldwide evolving trend of technology-driven analytics on big data/ unstructured data.
·  Possesses good understanding of business applications to convert data into a business value and advantage.
·  Strong knowledge on languages such as R, Python, SAS, HTML and Javascript for data analytics.
·  Good knowledge of Big Data processing tools and/or Data Warehousing data toolsets, e.g. Hadoop, Spark.
·  Highly effective communication with the ability to translate complex and technical analytical approaches into business language and outcomes.
·  Good organizational, problem solving, presentation and interpersonal skills
·  Strong track record of managing multi-functional projects and a team of diverse background.
·  Culturally sensitive, able to understand user needs with excellent interpersonal skills.
· 
Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.

Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes.
