About the job

The PRGM manager is responsible for driving progression of return on investment for all trade related investments, for total NL consumer sales. He/she plays a pivotal role in developing multiple scenarios throughout the year to optimize commercial executional plans. Furthermore, he/she serves as "point-of-contact" and expert on PRGM tools.

 

Your main responsibilities are:  
1. Business Strategy / Strategic Vision 
Co-defining commercial policies on price strategy (N1-N5), trade investments, portfolio mix and TT. Modelling scenarios on different strategic routes for investments and monitor execution against signed-off PRGM agenda and guidelines.

2. Impact on Business Results
The PRGM Manager is responsible for analyzing the performance of our trade investments, within our mandate as a business. With this guidance directions to be proposed co-build into the PRGM roadmap & framework for Sales NL.

3. Process & Projects
Co-defining the best financial/commercial tactics on GTN spend, within overarching Sales NL mandates.
POC and Expert on Tools deployment: a.o. Kantar TPM/TTC + Buyonomics.
Actively contribute to GPS/Forecasting process.

 

The key deliverables are: 

·  Most optimal promotional strategy/tactics per brand, category and customer
·  Pricing & Promotional guidelines and strategies for Innovations and Core portfolio
·  Analysis of Trade Terms per brand/customer, development of optimalizations to be implemented by commercial teams.

Your main interaction on an internal level is to Influence & convince and Drive & Create scenarios for growth. You'll be part of x-functional (no-direct reports) winning team (marketing, finance, supply), with Fact-paced, strong analytical interactions.

Occasionally, you'll also interact with retailers on RGM Optimization Plans and Suppliers of tools & capabilities. 

 

The key metrics (Mission critical performance indicators) are:  

·  Topline (Volume, NS, NS/Kg) & Bottomline (CO%)
·  Vol/Val market share for our brands
·  Gross-to-Net Spend
·  Nego Drift, TS fixed vs %, conditionality

· 

About you

·  Min. 2 years of experience in RGM or Key Account Management
·  University Degree/Working level, preferably business administration or focus on finance
·  Native Dutch speaker, Fluent in English
·  Strong analytical skills
·  Experience in stakeholder management & cross-functional ways of working
·  Demonstrated experience in consumer pricing structures combined with high level understanding of key trade concepts in GtN (N1-N5, TT)
