Supporting different R&D (research and development) functions in the company (Design, User eXperience and Nutrition) in:

 

·  Leading a project to collect and analyze products nutritional & ingredient data for the DACH region. Calculating nutritional scores to monitor company targets.
·  Monitoring product compliance to internal and external standards.
·  Supporting organization of consumer research initiatives such as qualitative focus groups.
·  Supporting creation of the product & pack brief by conducting social listening & competition analysis including nutrition, sensory, ingredients, storytelling & claims.
·  Organize and lead tastings with sensory analysis reporting.
·  Manage sample purchase, storage, shipping.

About you

·  Advanced studies in food / nutrition science & technology, ecotrophology or a comparable course of study.
·  First practical experience is desirable.
·  Solution oriented and proactive.
·  Sensitive to detail and thorough.
·  Affinity for teamwork, open-mindedness and enjoyment of independent work.
·  Ability to manage complexity and prioritization.
·  Very good knowledge of MS Office and used to work with databases. Online Whiteboard tools (Klaxoon) is a plus.
·  Fluent language skills in German and English.
