YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE :
This internship will take place in Rueil-Malmaison (92) Danone office, in our superbe HQ office from September 2024. To thrive in your missions, you will be accompanied by Styve, Ewa and Kamila – Global IT&Data Employee Experience team responsible for Employee Experience and Engagement.
o Contribute to the implementation of the key projects enhancing employee Experience at Danone Globally.
o Following projects definition, development, and implementations.
o Create, maintain, and support all the knowledge management strategy across projects in a dynamic digital ecosystem.
o Design and animate the engagement strategy of our communities of admin and users globally. · Learn and develop skills in platforms like ServiceNow and Qualtrics, as well as support the existing and new initiatives related to these solutions.
o Assist the implementation of the global roadmap of Employee experience and engagement globally, addressing the key business priorities and HR Digital strategy. But there are other areas of development according with your curiosity and proactivity.
THE BONUS OF THIS INTERNSHIP :

Up to2days/week of homeworking
·
Internship: You will receive a gratification from 1 300€ (Bachelor or gap year) to 1 500€ gross/month (Master 2)

About you
You are a champion:
oAvailable fromSeptemberfor a duration of6 months
o Good knowledge in HR IT tools
o IT background with knowledge in HTML coding, data base management and SaaS solutions.
o Good skills in product management
o Very proactive and looking into growing and learning.
o Analytical mind, solutions oriented
