Poste et missions:
The CRM Specialist will be part of the New Holland Agriculture EU Commercial Marketing Team providing support to the CRM Dpt. in the development and execution of CRM programs. She/he will ensure global guidance and support to the Local EU markets on the launch of the new CRM, setup of marketing initiatives to increase the touch points with potential customers and stimulate additional sales.
She/he will collaborate with Local CRM teams, EU CRM Cross-Brand Dpt., Communication Dpt. and other supporting functions in Local Markets and EU teams.
- The person will be dedicated to support the CRM set up and sales process,
KPIs: analysis, method definition, testing and sharing to Local EU Markets using Microsoft Dynamics.
- She/He will support Local EU Markets for new CRM roll-out: training to Local EU Markets references, material preparation and support markets for a successful launch and adoption.
- Coordinate the implementation and configuration process of CRM activities within NHAG participating in user testing and upgrade process and ensuring that business objectives are met.
- Once implementation completed must monitor the results, suggest improvements and share reports.
- She/He will help in the definition and coordination of all CRM activities and direct marketing campaigns: she/he will work with Local EU Markets to develop / implement / deploy marketing processes and campaigns, result monitoring and reporting.
Profil:
- Education: Bachelor degree in Marketing, Economics, Engineering or a related field
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- English skills must be high, other European languages are a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (preferable, not mandator)
- Well-motivated, well organised and able to work under pressure managing multiple priorities
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills – both verbal & written which enable to deal with all parties in a professional manner.
- Should be able to work on own initiative and also as part of a team
- Running multiple priorities and tasks / projects concurrently by set-out timelines
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong passion for driving business performance through process innovation
- Ability to work in cross functional teams and independently with proactive attitude and focus on objectives and deadlines
