JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Consulting of employees and managers regarding all HR and employment law related matters (e.g. parental leave)
Managing the day-to-day operational HR business
Responsibility for the onboarding / leaver process and all required documentation throughout the employment lifecycle (e.g. contracts, references, certificates etc.)
Maintaining accurate HR records
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

University degree in economics/business administration, psychology, law or comparable education with focus on Human Resources or related field
First working experience in Human Resources
Knowledge of local employment law
Very good organizational skills with ability to manage priorities
Strong customer orientation and problem solving abilities
Very good numerical skills and attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office
Fluent in English and German (spoken & written)
