SALARY & BENEFITS
£28,000
Monday-Sunday (5 days a week, one weekend day every other week)
Shifts: 8am - 4pm, 9am - 6pm, 10am-7pm
Braintree, Great Notley
Permanent, Full-Time
22 days holiday plus bank holidays (increase each year of service)

THE JOB
Taking calls from customers with any technical issues with their product
Raising warranty claims
Ensuring administration spreadsheets are up to date
Acting as the initial point of contact for engineers and warranty enquiries
