Business Development Executive

Permanent £28 - 35,000 per annum

Engineering related specialist client relationship building skills required

Exciting opportunity with high profile company seeking to expand their business development team.

In this entry-level Business Development Specialist position, you will be pivotal in extending our market reach and uncovering new opportunities. This role is perfect for an ambitious individual eager to make their mark in the aerospace industry.

You will engage in strategic research, foster relationships, deliver compelling presentations and help articulate our value proposition to diverse clients.

With a focus on innovation and growth, you will explore and penetrate new markets, ensuring our continued expansion and success. Under the mentorship of our experienced business development team, you will learn, grow, and refine your BD skills!

This position may include occasional exciting domestic and international travel for client meetings, industry events, and exploration of new markets, representing our innovative vision worldwide.

Full training given and support and mentorship from your leadership team too.

Your Impact:

·  Strategic Market Exploration: Undertake comprehensive market research to pinpoint emerging business opportunities and trends across the aerospace sector and beyond.

·  Lead Cultivation: Utilize various methods to generate and nurture leads, expanding our potential client network through targeted research, effective networking, and industry event participation.

·  Effective Communication: Collaborate with the business development team to present our products and services compellingly to establish and deepen client relationships.

·  Creative Proposals: Contribute to the development of engaging proposals that communicate our unique offerings and are tailored to each potential client's specific needs and challenges.

·  Market Expansion: Actively seek ways to extend our current market reach, identifying and capturing previously undiscovered opportunities with a proactive and strategic approach.

·  Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with other departments to align strategies and enhance our overall market presence, ensuring a unified approach to business development.

·  Presentation skills: Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade various audiences, are crucial for success in this role.

·  Eagerness to Learn and Grow: Ready to dive into the world of business development, bringing a solid willingness to learn and adapt. Keen to learn and grow in a business development role, with or without direct experience.

Travel:

This position may include occasional domestic and international travel for client meetings, industry events, and exploration of new markets, representing our innovative vision worldwide and so at teh request of the client the ideal candidate will be a driver with own car.
