Team Assistant English speaking

We are looking for a team assistant to manage and to perform a variety of administrative tasks.

As a team assistant, you will be the first point of contact for the Engineers.

Your duties will include offering administrative support across the organisation.

You will support the menagers with office requirements and coordinate activities, including distributing post, booking meeting rooms, manage all incoming and outgoing mails.

To be successful as a team assistant, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. You should also be able to remain calm under pressure, and deal with urgent matters in a timely and effective manner, Multitasking and attention detail are essential skills for this position. This role may require working in shifts, so flexibility is a plus.

Responsibilities

-Manage engineer agenda
-Compile and maintain documentation.
-Book meeting room.
-Oversee and manage mail supplies.
-Sort all incoming mail as required.

We are looking for a team assistant with fluency knowledge of English .
Both knowledge of Spanish and French is a plus.

Position based in Milan
We offer a Fixed term contract – maternity replacement

Salary: range 25-30 k depending on experience
