Job description
Key tasks
• Ensures proper preparation of wine trolley / machine
• Ensures sufficient stock of wines for daily service
• Makes required storeroom requisition to ensure proper wine service
• Ensures proper service of the wines in the restaurant
• Cross sell and up sell at least once per table.
• Ensures that product and service comply with Sofitel Guidelines
• Produces check, receives payments, and settles checks according to established procedures.
• Constantly visible on the floor during the shift. Exceeding guest’s satisfaction and adhering to standards.
• Complete assigned side duties.
