Position Description
Role (Purpose of the job)
· Set up structural and systematic dealer training foundation
· Streamline training management
Key Responsibility
· Formulate training strategy based on business requirements with focus on dealer key positions (e.g. GM, salesperson, aftersales, service, technicians, internal trainer…)
· Develop value based selling training system and courses under the help of vendors and able to deliver part of sales courses
· Take the lead of competence IT platform development and management under the help of vendors
· Design dealer talent retention incentive policy
· Support dealers to build their internal training system, monitor and improve
Main competence requirements
· Well-experienced in competence development in automobile industry manufacturer or 4s dealers
· Good analysis ability, strong in observation and self-motivated on moving tasks forward
· Good leadership and communication skills
· Good English in both spoken and written
· Bachelor degree or above
· 8 years of working experiences
