This plant mainly focuses on New Innovation Circular Economy Technologies, which will help the pharmaceutical industry to recover solvents used in the production of drugs and raw materials

Job Description

· 
Accountable for recruitment, on and off boarding arrangement

· 
Ensure good working relations with legal authorities and health organizations for the various declarations and procedures to be carried out (health insurance, mutual insurance, provident fund, occupational medicine, pension funds..)

· 
Ensure legal compliance and accountable to host government audits of the Labor Department. 

· 
Accountable for updating Employee Handbook and coordinating regular “labor-management meetings”.

· 
Participate in the preparation of files related to the company's obligations (social report, gender equality training report, etc.) and participate in the preparation of the social report and the company's performance indicators

· 
Leave Administration including managing staff working hours, vacations, and absences (illness, work accidents, etc.) and Payroll Administration

· 
Any other duties assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

·  Bachelor Degree holder in Human Resources Management or Labor Relations Management
·  Minimum of 3-5 years’ HR related experience gained from sizable plant
·  Solid experience in handle labor disputes is preferred
·  Strong communication interpersonal skills
·  Good computer skills in Excel, Word and Google suite
·  Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English
