UWAVE is a young and dynamic start-up established in September 2015. We are the French Leader in UV LED curing solutions for industrial applications. UWAVE’s products allow more efficient industrial processes for UV curing in inks, adhesives and coatings.
Traditional mercury-based arc lamps were used to dominate the UV curing market, now more environmentally friendly and efficient technology has emerged : the UV LEDs.

To introduce our innovative technology and to structure its offer UWAVE looks for a key person to expand its presence abroad. As a technical and sale representative you will be given the key responsibilities to drive the sales and brand notoriety on the Italian territory.
Key Missions :
- Develop, communicate and implement sales strategies to effectively expand UWAVE’s presence and sales in the chosen territory
- Understand customer technical needs and prepare technical offers to present solutions
- Creatively identify and penetrate new business in the UV curing market
- Manage and create key existing customer relationships
Profile :
Innovative : You are curious about the industrial sector and think out of the box. Your technical skills allow you to find smart solutions.
Strategic : Resourceful in answering requests and looking for solutions. Ability to identify best routes of entry and key interlocutors.
Autonomous : You are proactive, self driven and comfortable with investigating new business opportunities mixing technical and business skills.
Skills :
- Engineering diploma in physics or chemistry (or equivalent diploma) with a sale temperament
- Fluent in Italian, another language will be an advantage
