About the Role –When you aren't eating this is what you will do…

The R&D Commercialization Manager will work within the scope of the Sir Kensington's Product team. At Sir Kensington's, the Product team leads Innovation Pipeline, Product Development and Microbiology initiatives, and works closely with the Supply Chain team to manage and maintain 3PM relationships. This role will be crucial to the continued high level execution of our products at the 3PM level, and this individual will be responsible for a foundational pillar of our growing business.

Responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing end to end R&D commercialization of SKUs at the 3PM level:

o Onboarding of new SKUs to 3PMs

o Onboarding of existing SKUs to new 3PMs

• Leading 3PM benchtop executions and 3PM trials

• Leading Unilever Pilot Plant trials and execution

• Working hand in hand with Sir Kensington's Product team to develop formulas fit for 3PM execution

• Supporting Quality initiatives with end of end management of SKU renovations at 3PM level

About You – Necessary ingredients

• 3-5 years of R&D experience

• Experience and understanding of Process Engineering required

• Ability to travel (4-5 trials a month)

• Flexible and agile mindset with a strong understanding of the end to end R&D and commercialization process

• Love of food required!
