About Unilever

Today, we are continuing to grow our business whilst fulfilling our purpose to make sustainable living commonplace. We want to do what is right for our consumers, community and environment, so we develop brands that are for people's lives today and also consider the changing environment tomorrow.

A career at Unilever means that you get to take part in this exciting journey and you can also bring your own purpose to life with the work that you do. Unilever will invest in you to ensure that you receive the support and gain the skills required to do this. You will be working alongside amazing people who are passionate about what they do. You will lead innovations, big and small, that will ensure our business grows and wins, whilst simultaneously making a sustainable difference.

About your role

Your role falls within Unilever's global business services organisation - Enterprise and Technology Solutions (ETS). ETS touches every area of the business and is critical to its success, as they provide common services and work closely with Unilever's internal partners to co-create ways to improve their performance. Working within Enterprise Solutions (ES), you will be delivering the technical expertise, functional knowledge and service management needed for Unilever to win in the market place.

The ES Early Careers Programme will provide you with an expansive insight into how Enterprise Solutions operates. The programme encompasses rotations across the service lines that form ES such as Information and Analytics, Project Management and Workplace and Travel Services. On each rotation, you will adopt a different role ranging from an Information Analyst to an Operational Assistant Manager. You will gain an understanding of how invaluable each service line is to Unilever as they are driving agility and anticipating the business needs, leading others at Unilever into a better tomorrow.

You will work on projects, alongside outstanding professionals, using cutting edge technology and the best in-class services to deliver solutions that scale across the globe, but have an amazing impact locally. The types of projects you will work on will depend on the service line and business environment at the time. In the past, these have ranged from improving the way Unilever deliver recruiting and hiring activities to digitising the company's Real Estate portfolio, so it can be better analysed.

The programme invites you to apply your fresh mindset within ES to improve the future of Unilever's global business services and help the company achieve its ambitions. You will be working in an accelerated learning environment and will be provided with the space and insights you need to truly succeed and innovate. You will be given the opportunity to unleash your capabilities within one of the world's largest FMCG companies whilst building the foundation to support you in a successful career within ES.

The duration of the programme is between 1-2 years, customised to your individual needs. Each rotation will vary in length, lasting between 3-9 months. You will receive formal appraisals on your performance from your line manager, which will provide you with feedback and coaching to build on your key strengths and development areas. If you are successful on the programme, you will be given the opportunity and support to work up to a management position.
