Job Description:
As Assistant Customer Service Operations Manager, you will become part of dynamic and fast changing environment. You will work closely with the country CS & Logistics, global O2C & IT, teams in day-to-day operations and deployment of a key Order to Cash project implementation.
Key Accountabilities:
· Deliver consistently high performance and ensure timely completion of tasks
· Collaborate with Global O2C, IT and country CS & Logistics teams for deployment of global & local programs
· Actively seek, analyze and implement solutions to business requirements
· Collect data from a variety of sources, evaluate and interpret data, draw meaningful conclusions
· Prepare, review and edit trackers, reports, presentations and other documents
· Coordinate internal and external meetings, maintaining accurate meeting minutes and action items
· No limitation for travel
Skills/ Experience/ Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in relevant subject
· Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Team player with flexibility and a positive attitude
· Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
· Ability to influence others
· Effective problem identification and solution skills
· Strong organization skills with the ability to establish plans, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines
· Experience with various project management or analytics tools
· Excellent Turkish and English communication skills, both written and verbal
