Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) is a cross-country division of our Group which services the financial needs of small-medium enterprises, large corporates, multinationals, financial institutions, investors and commercial banking customers through corporate and transaction banking as well as structured finance, capital markets and investment products.
CIB provides access to markets in Western, Eastern and Central Europe and accompanies customers internationally.

Function description

Markets successfully encompasses the full range of financial and investment products and services for CIB Clients, Commercial Banking clients as well as our and third-party retail clients – from risk management solutions and advisory to investment products and award-winning Research.

Staffed by over 1,250 professionals, Markets successfully meets the changing needs of our institutional and corporate clients through origination, structuring, distribution and trading. It also acts as a market maker for financial products.

 

In particular, Private Investor Products provides private investor’s distribution networks with securitized investment products or some of their components across all asset classes and wrappers (bonds, certificates, leverage products, structured funds, OTC, products for insurance contracts, promissory notes) and brokerage services.

Job description

Main activities:

 

·  Issue of new investment products, in particular “certificates”. Under the supervision of a senior collegue, the candidate will cooperate in the production of  the “offering documentation” , update systems and database, manage workflow of all teams involved in the process.
·  Basic elements for the creation of new structured products (i.e. bonds, certificates) on different asset class (i.e. equity, commodity,credit), secondary market and derivatives as hedging instruments.
·  Basic sales activity of certificates and structured bonds in the Unicredit Internal Network  primary market.

·  Graduating in economics or specialization in financial markets is preferable
