Area description

Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) is a cross-country division of our Group which services the financial needs of small-medium enterprises, large corporates, multinationals, financial institutions, investors and commercial banking customers through corporate and transaction banking as well as structured finance, capital markets and investment products.
CIB provides access to markets in Western, Eastern and Central Europe and accompanies customers internationally

Function description

Global Syndicate (GS) and EMTN business: 

·  Global Syndicate activity will be focused on Sovereign, Supras, and Agency and on Italian Financial Institutions.
·  EMTN activity will focus on retail bonds, and private placement.

Job description

Main activities:

·  (GS) Market monitor, Pricing, 
·  (GS) Book-building process, Sales interface, reconciliation
·  (GS) Booking support, Position monitor, P&L monitor
·  (GS/EMTN) Bookkeeping: update front office system
·  (GS/EMTN) Database management and statistics; P&L monitor
·  (EMTN) Assistant and back up in preparation of Docs and figures for retail bonds.

What we expect from you

·  Fluent English (written and spoken)
·  Good knowledge of MS Office suite

·  Studies in Economics or Business Finance
