The internship will give you the possibility to get an insight in the Human Resources field of an international Group. In addition, you will be able to reinforce your team working attitude, acquire a deep knowledge of group-wide development

processes related to the compensation area.

Job description

Key tasks and Responsibilities:

• Support to the design and implementation of the Group Incentive System and Salary Review, contributing to the alignment to the overall HR strategy and the latest regulatory updates on compensation area

• Contribute to the design and implementation of the Executive Development Program for Group Risk Takers

• Take part with the team in the activities related to continuous improvement of the processes and the “transformation” of the HR Function

• Support the management of the IT System supporting compensation processes
