Key tasks and Responsibilities:

·  Contribute to the CIB Learning architecture framework definition
·  Mapping the learning activities already in place, and identify the offer to be integrated
·  Contribute to manage the CIB needs on the learning platform
·  Support to the HR CIB talent and executive development activities
