Area description
Internal Audit unit is responsible for defining and maintaining common methodologies and processes for each phase of the audit process; analyzing the areas for improvement; supporting the operational implementation of audit methodologies and processes, in the Holding Company and the Group Legal Entities, with a constant reporting to the Top Management as well. Each team within the Unit has a strong international exposure and a variety of challenges to deal with in order to contribute effectively to the business performance of the overall Group.

Job description
The Internal Audit Quantitative Analyst Intern will collaborate with the colleagues for delivery of analysis using a risk based and statistical approach and for performing audit activities in strong cooperation with other auditors. The main responsibilities of the team in which the candidate will be involved, include:
· Contribute to identify and develop the appropriate quantitative technique for supporting internal auditors across the Internal Audit life-cycle and enhancing the audit deliverable
· Leveraging on opportunities for innovation made available by new technologies and/ or best practices, in order to recognize the potential created by data analytics and increase the efficiency/effectiveness of the audit processes
· Contribute to improving efficiencies and performance as well as providing quality information
· Drive the mind-set evolution to data analytics through the participation on audit activities
· Consolidating, interpreting and commenting on the risk indicators, identify the statistical enhancement and management of the remote control system
What we expect from you
· Collaboration and team work aptitude
· Efficiently communicate verbally and writing
· Good knowledge of MS Office suite
· Good level of english (written and spoken)
· High level of numeracy skills, as demonstrated by a degree in a relevant discipline (Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering)
