Program description

Impact Graduate Program is a 18-month development journey that will give you a unique insight into UniCredit. Thanks to a rotational path , you will get to know various business lines and areas of the bank, acquiring skills and competencies, and creating your own network.

Area description

The role of Human Resources is to create a positive working environment, where people are feeling empowered and engaged, and to provide them with the skills and capability to contribute to company successes. In creating such an organization, UniCredit will be able to attract, develop and retain the talent pool required to face and manage the new businesses challenges.

To join HR you need to have a genuine passion for organization and people development, to support company growth leveraging on the Group Human Capital, and the willingness to back up your own ideas with adequate analytics.

What we expect from you

Available for International Mobility

Excellent University Degree and academic records

Fluency in English

Full-time availability starting from May 2017

Relevant international experience

Relevant work/internship experience

Fluency in Italian
