Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) is a cross-country division of our Group which services the financial needs of small-medium enterprises, large corporates, multinationals, financial institutions, investors and commercial banking customers through corporate and transaction banking as well as structured finance, capital markets and investment products. Function description

The Markets department successfully encompasses the full range of financial and investment products and services for CIB Clients, Commercial Banking clients as well as our and third-party retail clients – from risk management solutions and advisory to investment products and award-winning Research. Staffed by over 1,250 professionals, Markets successfully meets the changing needs of our institutional and corporate clients through origination, structuring, distribution and trading. It also acts as a market maker for financial products”.

Job description

Unicredit offers an internship in Markets in Italy Department to support the activities of CTS Italy.

Main responsibilities:

· development of solutions to support the activities of CTS Italy advanced interfaces such as Excel / VBA based
· structuring of quantitative analyzes and reports on operations of CTS from SQL database business - implementation of automatic procedures for data extraction
· preparing reports for management: data processing and preparation of documentation for management committees
· management of daily activities related to the processes of Markets that imply interaction with other functions of the Group (e.g. Organization, Compliance, etc.)
· analysis and review of the business processes of CTS in order to make them more efficient and in line with customer needs and / or new regulations (eg EMIR, MiFID II)

What we expect from you

· Fluent English (written and spoken)
· Good knowledge of MS Office suite
· Knowledge of database management, queries and related tools (e.g. Excel, Access, SAS, SQL, Oracle, MatLab, VBA)
