Offering a natively iOS integrated mobile app and a 24/7 chat-based concierge to take care of customer banking and lifestyle needs, buddybank is aiming to achieve user experience excellence and  build a strong network of partnerships for a 360° service available in each client’s pocket.

Function description

The candidate will work within the marketing area, supporting all the activities necessary to build and launch the new mobile bank for millennials and digital-savvy people. He/she will have the opportunity to be part of a fintech startup context and also help boost its development.

Job description

The internship's main objective is to work on specific tasks connected with the marketing plan, product definition, product implementation and partnerships (both financial and not financial).

Main duties:

·  Analysing and developing marketing plans for selected financial products
·  Implementing the customer documents for banking products
·  Managing the banking roadmap together with the bank stakeholders
·  Creating the customer scripts for the User Acceptance Tests
·  Contributing to the business metrics definition

What we expect from you

·  Excellent spoken and written English
·  Preferred degrees: Economics / Business Communication / Marketing
·  Strong relational skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary, challenging and constantly evolving environment
·  Entrepreneurial attitude – a previous experience in creating (or joining) a small tech startup, or taking part in university/company business challenges/contests is a plus.
