You will support Regional HR with deployment of HR Development cycle : promotion campaign, support Europe training programs development
You will work (in autonomy as well as in teams) on following projects :
- Harmonisation and/or Digilitalization of processes (implementation of a new HR Information System)
- Well Being at work
- Enhance collaboration between different generations (X, Y, Z)
You will be responsible for assisting the Europe Region HR team with the following functions :
- Performance appraisal process support (follow up through our system, reminders to Branches, etc...)
- General clerical duties and setting up appointments/meetings organisation, meeting report, etc...
Ideal candidate profile
Pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration or related field (ideally second year of Master in business school or University)
First experience in HR and project management (preferred)
