As a member of our centralized Sourcing Team, the Senior Sourcer - Information Technology requires a strong full-cycle Recruitment or Talent Sourcing background with a passion for thinking creatively and staying current on innovative sourcing techniques.  In this on-site or remote role, you will be responsible for sourcing qualified passive talent for technical openings across the organization. Successful candidates will demonstrate flexibilty, agility and resiliency. 

 

Key Responsibilities

·  Work at a strategic level to develop sourcing strategies for tough to fill openings as well as highly specialized, targeted job searches
·  Partner with Recruiters and HRBPs to understand the talent needs of the business function and create an effective search strategy to fill open positions and build candidate pipelines
·  Create a pipeline of prequalified candidates for current and future positions with the goal of increasing the level of candidate flow and customer service to business partners
·  Influence candidates to see TJX as the “Employer of Choice” by representing the TJX brand and values at all times
·  Qualify candidates at all levels for needed skill set/competencies for current or potential positions through phone screen
·  Act as a search expert for functional area(s) by understanding functional talent needs, position specifications, and search requirements
·  Utilize Avature contact management system to maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, and other recruiting activities
·  In partnership with Sourcing peers, the Sourcer will influence through labor market intelligence and tools (Talent Neuron, Gartner, LinkedIn, etc.) to provide industry specific data driven analytics, to improve sourcing and recruitment strategies
·  Conduct research on industry trends and evaluate new & existing tools/technologies that will support day to day efficiencies within our model, and keep us attune of industry changes and developments.
·  Lead and conduct presentations on strategic sourcing solutions
·  Create reports on sourcing activity and communicate any relevant market information to recruiter and or management.
·  Act as a leader and mentor to other Sourcers, share key lessons learned.
 
Skills/Knowledge
 
·  Demonstrated ability to “sell” the TJX brand and attract passive candidates, must have a hunter mindset
·  Experience supporting Information Technology searches is strongly preferred (for example Cyber Security, Solution Development, Architecture, Dev Ops, Network Engineer, Product Owner, Scrum Master)
·  Demonstrated business acumen and intellectual curiousity
·  Demonstrated strategic thinking and planning skills to achieve optimal productivity and results
·  Ability to prioritize and complete a high volume of work, manage multiple projects and coordinate multiple requests to successful completion
·  Engages, builds relationships and influences people
·  Excellent interviewing and assessment skills
·  Excels at leveraging technology and direct sourcing techniques to locate, engage and attract passive candidates
·  Researches, tests and implements new and innovative sourcing tools and techniques beyond just Linkedin Recruiter
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and management systems
·  Experience using ATS and contact management systems, Avature strongly preferred
·  Proven ability to source a variety of high-profile positions, in difficult or niche markets
 
Education and Experience Requirements
 
·  5+ years of experience as a Sourcer or full-cycle Recruiter, combination of search firm and corporate experience preferred
·  Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
