Job Title: SCHEDULE RISK ANALYST
Location: Rome (availability to move to jobsite, as necessary)
Short Job Summary:
Implementing risk management methodology and processed during proposals and project execution.
Carrying out schedule risk analysis according with prevailing methodologies and tools.
Enhancing risk analysis tools and procedures.
Reporting Line:
Functionally and hierarchically reporting to the Head of Contract & Risk Management
Key interactions: Project Contract & Risk Managers, Proposal Managers, Project Managers, Corporate Risk function, HSE, Administration Finance and Control, Project Cost Controllers, Project Planners.
The role and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Planning and carrying out risk management activities during proposal preparation and/or project execution phases in accordance with company's standards.
Supporting risks aggregation and reporting at company/region/corporate level.
Supporting the department manager in enhancing methods and tools; technical training of department resources.
Carrying out risk analysis in various risk analysis processes (e.g. HSE, Financial)
Interfacing planning department to ensure availability of information/data as necessary for proper performance the schedule risk analysis.
Interfacing department to elicit information necessary for proper performance the schedule risk analysis.
Requirements:
Must have
Thorough knowledge of risk management methodologies.
BS / diploma in engineering.
Full familiarity with schedule risk analysis principles and techniques.
Strong analytical skills
Experience in resource/time estimating.
At least 6 years experience in planning/scheduling for oil & gas projects.
At least 3 years experience in schedule risk analysis and relevant software usage.
Nice to have
Knowledge of TechnipFMC organization and work processes.
Jobsite experience as project planner/scheduler.
Familiarity with schedule delay analysis methods, techniques and softwares.
Experience/background in one other project control disciplines (e.g. estimating, cost control).
