We are searching for an Operations Data Coordinator for the Operating Center in Rome

Main requirements to be work as Operations Data Coordinator are:

-IT Engineering or equivalent University degree

-At least 2 years of experience

-Knowledge of main operating systems

-Knowledge of relational and non-relational Data Base Management Systems

-Experience with Big Data, analytics and visualization tools

-Analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills

-Good spoken and written communication in English

-Team spirit with a delivery/results-driven mindset

Nice to have:

-Development experience

-Machine Learning Experience

-Experience developing and consuming APIs and WebServices

-Basic knowledge of DevOps methodology and toolsain requirements to be work as

J ob purpose and Organizational Context:

Under the responsibility of the Business Performance & Improvement and Digitalization Manager, he/she will collect, organize and analyze different sets of data relevant to executive projects as well as to organization to provide valuable information for business decisions.

Reporting lines and interactions:

Hierarchically reports to: Business Performance and Improvement Manager

Operationally reports to: Business Performance and Improvement Manager

Key interactions (internally, externally):

Internally :All departments involved in Project Execution and Project Control, as well as General Management, Budget & Control, Proposal DH, Qualification Specialist

Externally: Mirrored organizations within EMIA Region Operating Centers

Main Accountabilities :

The role will focus on:

·  Shape new optimized workflow for the Enterprise Workload and Resource Planning, working on the company dedicated tool, ERP and Projects' Control databases
·  Ensure efficient operation of the system by creating reliable solution architecture
·  Develop scripts and quick solutions to help the organization in tasks automation
·  Elaborate applications and frameworks to process and delivery data to the business
