We are currently looking for an Internal Communications Coordinator reporting to the Internal Communications Manager

Job description
·  To support all aspects of Internal Communications within the Business and in alignment with the overall Corporate Engagement team strategy. Working directly with Senior Internal Communications Managers to help drive greater levels of employee engagement and business performance through communications.

·  Support & execute corporate announcements using company communication channels including; emails, updating company intranet pages and yammer sites.Maintain and manage email distribution lists across all businesses.

·  Support communications on the transition of our company split - SpinCo / RemainCo, until transition close in Q1 2020, working with VP Business and Executive Communications and Transition Management Office

·  Administrative tasks – manage diary, invoices and expenses. Also assist VP Business and Executive Communications in these areas in addition to travel planning.

You are meant for this role if you have:

·  Experience working in a communications /PR marketing role. Oil & Gas experience is preferred but not essential.

·  Exceptional writing skills

·  Educated to degree level in communications, business or relevant field.

·  Financial and Commercial awareness
