Engineer, Graduate Program- Well & Flow Control

TechnipFMC Graduate Program is a one year onboarding program. You will be assigned a personal mentor, and included in the Graduate family where you can share knowledge, information and experiences.


During the program you will be provided with a lot of relevant training and development opportunities, and also closely followed up and supported by your mentor and manager through monthly meetings.

Introduction to the Job
You will belong to one of the REMS Well & Flow Control engineering groups where you will have your Manager and receive your training. Subsequently, you will be attached to a development project where you will take on responsibility for engineering of standard products or being assigned to a project for making project specific solution to our clients.

Our REMS Well & Flow Control engineering positions include exposure to all phases of the product lifecycle, from product development into supporting our products in the life of field. You will be assigned a Mentor and a Lead engineer to guide your progress.

Job description



Product Engineering:
Responsible for the engineering of relevant products, such as manifolds, foundation structures, connections systems and sub-sea tooling, risers and work-over equipment, according to project design specifications and engineering standards, including releasing of product documentation required for procurement and fabrication. Activities consist of:

Ā·  Preparation of product definitions and establishing design input for detailed engineering phase.
Ā·  Follow up internal or external structural analysis. Prepare and review project documentation.
Ā·  Preparation of product definitions and establishing design input for detailed engineering phase.
Ā·  Advise during fabrication and manufacturing of products and systems.
Ā·  Provide input in technical meetings with Clients and Suppliers.
Ā·  Give input to VORs and status reports Design Engineering

Responsible for detailed design of relevant products, such as manifolds, foundation structures, connections systems and sub-sea tooling, risers and work-over equipment according to project specific design specifications and engineering standards.
Activities consist of making:

Ā·  General Arrangement drawings
Ā·  Sub -system layout drawings
Ā·  3D models
Ā·  Detail drawings

Design Engineering :
Responsibility todesign and develop products from concept to delivery according to customer, industrial and internal requirements. This involves:

Ā·  Make 3D model, detail, assembly and layout drawings
Ā·  Define GPS
Ā·  Check the interfaces
Ā·  Review drawings
Ā·  Perform design reviews
Ā·  Release drawing and production documents.
Ā·  Project reporting
Ā·  Support fabrication

Project Engineering: Responsible for the overall technical solution within the Well & Flow Control sub-system.

Ā·  Activities typically consist of:
Ā·  Leading technical teams in tender and project execution
Ā·  Technical point of contact towards client
Ā·  Establish and follow up engineering plan for sub-system
Ā·  Review and understand customer needs and transform these requirements into products.

Analysis:
The analysis department is performing state of the art structural analysis and integrity services for Well & Flow Control equipment. This is critical to deliver optimal products and system, and support our clients with monitoring services and advanced online, digital solutions.

We are working as an integral part of product and system design, and have industry leading experts on structural analysis, riser analysis, fatigue & fracture mechanics.

You are meant for this job if

Ā·  You have a Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering. This position suits graduated engineers with major area of study within materials, mechanics, static and dynamic analyses, hydrodynamics, marine structures and subsea operations as well as systems.
Ā·  You have good verbal and written English.
Ā·  You are dedicated!
Ā·  You have a mentality of willingness to learn and are curious. You dare to ask questions; how can we work smarter and faster?
Ā·  You are familiar with projects/ products, the Energy-Service and relevant software is an advantage, but not required.
