About the Role: (Job Purpose)
This assignment is to provide engineering support to our Customer in their new projects. The main field of expertise required is Electrical Engineering Design and construction support. The engineer is also expected to act as Company's representative to review and comment technical documents prepared by other sub-contractors, take part in factory acceptance tests and support Company in the fabrication yard.
In This Role the Person Will: (Responsibilities/Duties/Tasks)
Prepare technical specifications for Electrical systems for off-shore developments
Review existing specifications and update as required. Review specifications prepared by sub-contractors.
Prepare conceptual drawings for electrical systems in off-shore facilities
Assist Company is selection and monitoring of Electrical system sub-contractors
Review detailed engineering documents prepared by sub-contractors
Prepare technical requisitions and assist in vendor selection
Review construction drawings
Represent in Factory acceptance tests for electrical equipment
Support Company at fabrication yard
Review and comment on commissiong manuals

Qualified Applicants Should Have the Following: (Requirement)
Years of Experience: 10+
Education Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering
Softskill Qualifications: Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
Additional Qualifications: Experience in off-shore facilities engineering with exposure to Gulf Of Mexico requirements.
Preferred Qualifications: Registered P.E
