Dissemination of all marketing collateral

Agent database maintenance

Assist with the monitoring of WSE presence on a variety of agent & other websites &

web portals

Answer telephone enquiries

Answer e-mail enquiries from prospective clients & agents

Greet visitors & show round school

Ensure the school maintains a high profile through a constantly updated presence on

Facebook, Twitter and other social networking sites.

Ensure the news section of e-wimbledon is updated daily with relevant items

Other work on e-wimbledon as required

Assist the Marketing Manager with providing blog entries and news items for the

WSE website, QE, the PIE, Schools and Agents and other sites

Assist with marketing, agent liaison & organisation for all bookings for groups

Deal with student enquiries

General Reception duties

Act as Administration Assistant for English UK London (managed by the Principal)

Specific projects as needed to assist with the marketing of the school (to be

discussed with the Marketing Manager & Principal)

Assist the Operations Director & Marketing Manager with the production of all in-

house information & publicity material

Assist the Operations Director & Marketing Manager with the production of all

marketing collateral

Assist the Operations Director with the maintenance of the school website

To share the duty phone on a rota with other staff (NB additional payment received

for this)



Any other duties as requested by the Operations Director and the the Principal
