Job description
Responsible to ensure the Short, Medium & Long term “targets” for Power Transistor Division are achieved for Power Discrete & Sub-Analog group in GC&SA+ Korea in terms of billing, standard margin, “Market Share” by defining, coordinating, implementing, executing and monitoring all the major commercial activities and strategic actions, by cooperation with Division Marketing & Business management, Geo Sales Unit and Technical Marketing, Finance, Logistic as well as Distribution.
It also defines and implements, in collaboration with Divisions Business Management Managers and Regional Technical Marketing, the promotional strategies for Distribution channel, including but not limited, pricing policy & control, incentives, budgeting, allocation, performance monitoring in market share.
In the position need to manage 2 persons in remote management.
Profile
1. To establish, implement & monitor, in agreement with Division and Sales Organization, the pricing strategy & guidelines, capacity planning & allocation, application strategy for Power Transistor Division for Power Discrete & sub-Analog group in GC&SA+ Korea
2. To define, elaborate, implement & follow-up, customized Distributors “Bonus/ Incentive Business Programs” and “Strategic Alliances” based on Distributors’ needs/ strengths and Division/ Sales Organization Targets
3. Business monitoring & corrective actions (Billing/ Booking, Stock/ Resale, Ship & Debit + P&L deduction…) through systematic business analysis on Backlog /Billing/ Booking/ Stock & Resale, and generate business actions, where needed, aimed to re-align Distributors business performances to the Annual Budget agreed
4. To organize regular review with customers, aimed to fix/ review the Targets and design activities by consolidating, driving and coordinating the overall actions
5. Defining and, regularly, updating the Distribution Price MATRIX Lists, Special Price agreement to align distributor cost to market environment and constantly updating the product portfolio (face out/ in for old/ new products)
