 POSTING PRESENTATION:

'OLM Analytics Team is  looking for a trainee to support digital data analysis activity: data collection, reporting and visualization.
The candidate should have a bachelor of science, better if applied to data mining and/or digital marketing in order to extract insights from data and be able to understand web and business KPIs.
He/She ideally should have also experience in business processes documentation, be able effectively communicate with different stakeholders, proactivity in analyze and identify areas to optimize digital marketing performances.
Required experience (must have)
Strong academic background in an analytical field such as Bachelor/Master Degree on Statistical
Science/Math/Computer Science/Engineering management or equivalent education
Knowledge of digital marketing and/or analytics fields
Understanding of business requirements and technical documentation
Advanced level of Excel and PowerPoint usage
Fluent English, both written and spoken
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Versatility, attention to detail and generally a hands-on attitude
Teamwork attitude

Any of the following skills will be a plus (nice to have)
Previous experience on web analytics field and tools e.g. Adobe Analytics (plus) or Google Analytics
Knowledge of any query/script language (SQL, R, Python, JavaScript...)
Data mining or machine learning/AI applications previous experience
Understanding of use cases, UML, testing and validation processes
Knowledge of any data visualization tool e.g. Tableau or Power BI'

 

PROFILE REQUIRED:

·    Education Level Required - Laurea Desired Competencies are - Internet/Intranet Development, Stat Tools/Analysis-Control, Reporting of Activities, Excel, Marketing Techniques, Document Management, Analytical.The Other skills required are Fluent English, both written and spoken
·   5 - Master degree
·   Less than 2 years
