Lead a Team towards sustainable excellence
Define the site strategic directions and leadership to ensure a safe workplace to ST employees and a sustainable environment for neighbourhood.
Define the Hygiene & Safety strategy for the site and build appropriate road map to continuously improve results and processes
Manage the site safety and health processes, in compliance with ST policies and legal regulations
Deploy the safety and industrial hygiene policy within operations and all others departments
Define and lead the site accident reduction plan to improve signifantly and sustaibaly the volume and severity of profesional accidents.
Ensure continuous improvement of the accident prevention processes (accidents investigations and corrective actions, trainings and communication
Manage the site environment processes, in compliance with ST policies and legal regulations
Deploy the policy to all departments and labs related, particularly with facilities and fab operations.
Drive for a sustainable environmental strategy and build appropriate roadmap to continuously improve results and processes
Manage the site environmental outputs to comply with regulation (air emissions, waste water, all industrials wastes) and site efficiency (chemicals, water, energy)
Define and propose appropriate investments and implement approved ones
Interact with Site HR and Medical team
Manage the entire site assets and goods protection against all potential industrial hazards.
Organize an emergency action plan in case of substantial industrial hazard
Ensure the lost prevention objective and implementation of the best known methods and insurance recommendations,
Ensure regulatory and Corporate standards compliance of the various Installations of Crolles site. Prepare the site for future regulations and evolution of activities
Ensure compliance with all Environment State regulations and operation permit, drive for a sustainable Environment performance.
Ensure results vs audits, having the site ISO 14001, 18001, 45001, OHSAS and EMAS (Eco-Management & Audit Scheme) certified
Represent the site Direction towards the employees and their representatives, participate in the Workers councils such as CSE & Co-Chair the CSSCT comitee
Develop a strong network with other ESH departments
Represent the company in a variety of external stakeholders including State and Local authorities, Public corporations, industrials associations and EHS communities.
Profile
Master of Engineering (Chemical, Manufacturing, ...) degree with at least 5 years’ experience in a senior role with internal manufacturing and Safety and/or Environment exposure.
Project leadership and management across multiple locations using internal and external resources; skills in dealing with multiple levels of hierarchy of the organization within a given project
Ability to work under pressure and stressful conditions (Crisis Management)
Good communication skills (written and oral)
In particular, transformation and change management skills would be appreciated.
