Job Overview and Responsibilities:

Major Responsibilities :
Have the ability to learn how to set-up and operate the Treaters. Machine Operator that assists in the production of prepreg. Duties include set-up, operate equipment, clean up, operate forklift, packaging, labeling, documentation, performing inspection, 5S, and participate in Safety culture.

Ability to work in quick-Paced Production Environment.

Follow all Cytec policies, rules and regulation.
Ability to comprehend PPC, JSA, SOP and Quality Procedures/Methods/Work Instructions
Furnished in written, oral or diagram form and execute the specified instruction.
Ability to troubleshoot and take effective corrective action to resolve problems. Communication – Listens actively and always communicates the relevant information.
Positive can-do attitude.
Demonstrate experience in manufacturing environment.
Experience with Composite material would be beneficial.
Have the skill and ability to learn all Treaters operations.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, WIs, QPs, Customer Specs.

Education and Experience:
high school diploma/GED
