Responsibilities

Monitor, triage & troubleshoot incidents with Unix Infrastructure

Install, upgrade, maintain and support Unix Infrastructure

Maintain and support services/applications that are part of the Unix team's responsibilities

Contribute to documentation and review standards and operational procedures

Enforce technical and security standards for Unix Infrastructure and services

Follow internal processes at all time (SOPs, Golden Rules, ITIL, time tracking, escalation, etc)

Work closely with peers worldwide by taking part in periodic meetings and Share Knowledge

Participate in maintenance, weekend shifts and onduty

Profile Required

Experience: 4 to 8 years

Veritas Volume Manager

Scripting - Shell / Perl / Python

x86 Hardware (HP/DELL/IBM)

Volumetry on SAN / NAS
