Responsibilities

Within the Société Générale Group, you will join the Business Solutions Center (BSC), a Société Générale division delivering IT services for the Group. You will be part of the BSC Smart Automation team in Bucharest, responsible of implementing tactical tools and business process automations.

Your role in a nutshell:

Contributing to the functional specifications writing for newly requested RPAs by validating their accuracy and sufficiency;

Perform feasibility checks for newly requested RPAs;

Participate in project estimation meetings with the rest of the team;

Design RPAs while aiming to make use of/ produce reusable components whenever suitable; Develop RPAs according to functional specifications and following a test-driven approach;

Ensure accurate functioning of newly developed RPA features through exhaustive unit and integration testing; Document your work in a clear and concise manner (technical and user-facing);

Contributing to the writing of test scenarios for newly developed RPAs by validating their accuracy and sufficiency;

Offer RPA related support to the business departments during all project phases.

Profile Required

A little about you:

You have experience in RPA development making use of robust error handling;

You're familiar with at least one scripting language (such as Python or VB);

Your code is implementing (and you are an enthusiast promoter of) programming best-practices and techniques, such as KISS, DRY;

You're familiar with the software development lifecycle/phases;

You're accustomed to searching for readily available components before writing code to achieve non-business specific tasks;

You're familiar with SQL (basic level);

You like to understand the purpose and context of your next project as much as possible;

You have good communication skills;

Your clients know you for your commitment to the deadlines you communicate to them and for the quality of your work;

Your friends say your English level is good;

You have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or another technical field + equivalent programming experience).

Nice to have:


Familiarity with the Automation Anywhere Enterprise RPA platform;

Some knowledge of French.
