Responsibilities

Your Mission:

Within the SG EBS, the Business Data Designer mission is to formalize the business description and the HRCO business model.

Your Role in a Nutshell:

·  Formalize the business description (business data model and dictionary definition) with the help of the data owner.
·  Input information in the Group Data Design tool (Kear) and keep it up to date
·  Support the projects in regards with the business needs definition on the description and the data usage (business concepts, business requirements, data usage, business model…)
·  Guide the projects within the norms and standards framework applicable to the data description, especially the use of the business data dictionary and business model
·  Ensure the quality of the data dictionary and the business model on a permanent manner : Perform annual campaigns to update business data models and business objects definitions, perform random checks
·  Build and update relevant dashboards and KPI to monitor the Data Design activity
·  Ensure the change management (training and communication) on the new evolutions about norms and standards, and also concerning the evolutions of the dictionary and the business models
·  Work with the IT data architect to maintain the coherence in between business description and data applicative description.

Profile Required

A little about You:

·  Appetence and understanding of the issues relating to the DATA (management rules, flows and values)
·  Appetence for data management (data crunching, data models, SQL)
·  Competence in business / enterprise architecture (process and functional architecture, business data )
·  Capability in using Excel for data treatment (pivot table), Tableau tool
·  Capability in using data modelization tools
·  Experience in workshops coordination with the business and IT representatives
·  IT modelisation (MERISE, UML)
·  English and french languages level B2 (oral and writing
·  Good knowledge of the SG HR environment, of the HR IT systems would be appreciated
