Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities and missions:

Within TDS team, the VIE will be involved in several topics as:

·  Control of NAV and Limits for mainly Private Equity & Real Estate Funds;
·  Analysis of Bank Of Italy rules and Funds Regulations.
·  Support the TDS in prepare and formalize the periodical meeting
·  Produce reporting and status updated for the local and international top management

Profile Required

Your profile:

Graduate with a Master degree from Business/Engineering school or University, majoring in economy or mathematics.

A previous experience in Investment Banking would be appreciated.

You are fluent in English and Italian.

You are proficient in Office application.

Competencies for the role:

·  Knowledge on Real estate and Private Equity Funds: Accounting and analysis skills.
·  Accuracy and Formalization: As TDS support it is very important to be accurate in producing and update documents and deliveries in general.
·  Work Under Time Contraints: Timeliness and work under a strict dealine is the normal situation for a operational service assistant, in order to keep the planning agreed with internal functions and KPI and cutoff link to the Clients.

The VIE assignment in a nutshell.

This VIE in Milan is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 12 months.

The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France's eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space. Please see www.civiweb.com , in order to have more details regarding your financial indemnities.

Environment:

In Milan based, will be part of TDS team, the VIE will be a Controller Assistant with the scope to support the TDS team.

Trustee Depositary Services Department is the function in charge of the Controls of NAV Calculations and Limits done by internal and external Fund Administrators in conformity with the Bank of Italy regulation. This department checks also the correctness of the activities link to the Unit holders and the payments according with the Prospectus of the funds.

The Department is divided in team and one of these teams is in charge of NAV and Limits controls for FIAs.
