Vacancy: Hire to Retire Administrator

The H2R Administrator sits within GBS Hire 2 Retire Services. The role involves working closely with various Stakeholders and Service Providers, both internal and external, influencing GBS system and data strategies.  It requires a flexible approach to a variety of activities, such as contributing to projects and Business as usual demands, regular annual activity and technical problem solving across systems.

Location: Poole, operating on flexible working giving you the opportunity to work remotely for 2-3 days per week.

You’ll make a difference by:

•Upskilling on various topics covering employee lifecycle to include Onboarding, Offboarding, technical support, end to end query handling and payroll processing activities.
•Providing proactive support to assist the smooth running of the service line ensuring customer service excellence is at the forefront of all that you do.
•Being responsible for your own workload as well as that of the team by taking ownership of case work and tasks
•Maintaining process documentation and review regularly
•Seeking ways to improve both yourself and process activity and champion various topics whether BAU or project related
•Supporting colleagues and promote a one team mentality
•Analysing and resolve technical system queries and/or error reports
•Performing other duties as assigned by the Team Leader/Manager from time to time.
•Participating in training activities including programmes to support use of new technologies
•Inputtig to/identifying operational efficiencies related to the GBS systems and processes

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:

•Intermediate knowledge of MS Office applications: Word; Excel; Outlook
•Understanding of the employee life cycle, HR Administration and payroll processes
•The ability to take ownership and see things through to resolve
•Experience of working within Shared Service or Bureau style environment desirable
•Experience with Workday HR system and/or other payroll system desirable
